승모근 (등세모근) Trapezius

기시 : 후두골, 항인대, 제7 경추와 제 1~12 흉추의 극들기
정지 : 상부-쇄골외측, 견봉
          중부-견갑극
          하부-견갑극근
작용 : 상부-견갑골의 거상, 상방회전
          중부-견갑골의 내전
          하부-견갑골의 하강, 상방회전
신경지배 : 부신경(제 11 뇌신경)
                 제 3,4 경신경의 가지
촉지 :  상부-두개골의 기저부와 쇄골 외측 1/3사이
           중부-제 1~5 홍추 극들기와 견갑골의 척추연 사이
           하부-제 8~12 홍추 극들기와 경갑극근사이

O. Occiput, ligamentum nuchae C7~ T12
    (spinous processes)
I. Upper: lateral clavicle, acromion
    Middle: spine of scapula
    Lower: root of spine of scapula
A. Upper: elevation, upward rotation of scapula
    Middle: retraction of scapula
    Lower: depression, upward rotation of scapula
N. Accessory nerve(Cranlal Nerve XI)
    and branches of C3, 4
P. Upper: between base of skull
     and lateral third of clavicle
    Middle: between spinous processes of
     T1~T5 and vertebral border of scapula
   Lower: between spinous processes of
     T6~ T12 and root of spine

이 근육은 삼각형 모양이다. 한쌍일 때는 사다리꼴 모양이다.
